Rehabilitation or recovery gives you the opportunity to restore your life to normal, despite your difficulty.

Virtual mentoring was designed for people who want support, but for a variety of reasons, didn’t find the support that is suitable to their own personal needs.

Virtual mentoring was developed to solve these problems, while offering the highest level and newest approach to their rehabilitation via the Internet.

Virtual mentoring is designed to help you overcome the difficulties that exist in today’s available rehabilitation services, and gives you the ability to take a more active role in your own rehabilitation.

Obstacles that impede the initiation to the rehabilitation process:

Many reasons make it difficult for a person to receive the rehabilitation services they need. These include such problems as: fear and embarrassment, to be labeled as a person with a mental illness.

These fears combined with the lack of accessible support and useful information on rehabilitation services, can lead to regression and even the need for hospitalization.

How to deal with obstacles?

During the process, you will be assigned a mentor; while throughout your support, you can maintain your anonymity, (if you so desire) to reduce your reservations to receiving help. Your mentor will help you to open up and go through the process of rehabilitation.

Innovations and Key Benefits:

   First: The Internet platform:

1. Reduces exposure, gives you easy accessibility and the ability to remain anonymous.

2. Direct communication; (synchronous or non-synchronous). If necessary, even joint conference calls.

3. If necessary, family support is available, in order to improve the rehabilitation process.

Second: You can receive a mentor with whom you can identify, because you can even choose a mentor who they themselves are a survivor.

How does it work?

You will receive your own personal online mentoring program.

You, your mentor and a professional worker, will construct your own personalized rehabilitation program.

The process is a four-step project:

 •Initial personal contact

 •Changing patterns of thinking

•Connection to the everyday world and a new connection to the people in your life.
